Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Overview

FlexiDuka is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to create and manage online storefronts.

FlexiDuka does not sell products, hold inventory, ship goods, process payments, or collect funds on behalf of merchants. Each storefront on FlexiDuka is independently owned and operated by the respective merchant.

Merchants retain full control over their products, customer relationships, payment channels, and transactions.

2. FlexiDuka Subscription Refunds

This section applies only to fees paid for access to the FlexiDuka platform.

Pre-Activation Refunds

If a merchant pays for a subscription but their storefront has not yet been activated or made publicly accessible, they may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting support@flexiduka.com.

Post-Activation Refunds

Once a storefront has been activated and made publicly accessible, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved at FlexiDuka's discretion.

Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time, and access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Duplicate Payments

If a merchant is charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error, FlexiDuka will review the matter and issue an appropriate refund where applicable.

3. Customer Purchases from Merchant Stores

When a customer places an order through a FlexiDuka-powered store, the transaction occurs directly between the customer and the merchant operating that store.

FlexiDuka:

  • Does not process customer payments.
  • Does not hold or transfer customer funds.
  • Does not provide payout services.
  • Does not act as a merchant of record.

Merchants use their own payment channels and are solely responsible for customer transactions.

4. Shipping Policy

FlexiDuka does not store, package, or ship products.

All shipping, delivery, and logistics are arranged independently by each merchant.

Shipping timelines, costs, delivery methods, and service areas are determined solely by the merchant operating the store.

Customers should contact the merchant directly regarding shipping inquiries, delivery issues, or order status.

FlexiDuka is not liable for shipping delays, damaged goods, lost packages, or delivery failures.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, cancellations, and product disputes relating to purchases from merchant stores are handled directly between the merchant and the customer according to the merchant's own policies and applicable laws.

FlexiDuka is not a party to transactions between merchants and customers and does not issue refunds for merchant products or services.

Merchants are responsible for:

  • Publishing clear refund and return policies.
  • Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Complying with consumer protection laws.
  • Resolving disputes fairly and professionally.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Any payment disputes or chargebacks are between the customer, the merchant, and the applicable payment provider.

FlexiDuka may provide technical information where legally required but has no authority to reverse, settle, or authorize payments.

Merchants are responsible for maintaining records necessary to respond to disputes or chargebacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlexiDuka is a software provider only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexiDuka shall not be liable for:

  • Product quality or authenticity.
  • Shipping or delivery failures.
  • Merchant conduct or customer disputes.
  • Losses arising from transactions between merchants and customers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or platform functionality.

Continued use of FlexiDuka after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
